Kara Yagelowich Horner began working with PRTC in 2002.  Kara earned her Certified Public Accountant license in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration from Presbyterian College in 1989.  Prior to joining PRTC, Kara was a partner/owner in the public accounting firm of Fortune & Hughes, CPA's.
