Randy Lis
General Manager
Randy has over 25 years of Senior Leadership Experience in wireless and Wireline Companies. He has had an exceptional progressive management career within telecommunications industry, in both startup and established enterprise environments. Randy has a proven history of achievement in general management, engineering, operations, information services, product marketing, project management and sales. His technical and leadership skills combine to consistently streamline technical initiatives, improve new product development, boost overall performance and deliver multimillion dollars in both cost savings and profits. He continues to successfully formulate and implement advanced technology and business solutions to meet diversity of corporate and customer needs.
Sharon O'Bryant
Director - Human Resources/Public Relations
Sharon O'Bryant began her career at PRTC in June of 1973 as a customer service representative. She currently serves the company as the Director of Human Resources/Public Relations. She is certified through SHRM and HRCI. She has 50 years of telecommunications industry experience. Currently she serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of the Laurens County United Way, The Touch Down Club Board and Main Street Laurens Board. She has previously served on the Safe Home Board and the Laurens County Healthcare Foundation Board. She is also actively involved with Squealin’ on the Square, March of Dimes, and Relay for Life. On the state level, Sharon is Vice President of the South Carolina Telecommunication and Broadband Association and serves on the SC E-911 Board.
Kara E. Horner
Director - Finance/Controller
Kara Yagelowich Horner began working with PRTC in 2002. Kara earned her Certified Public Accountant license in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration from Presbyterian College in 1989. Prior to joining PRTC, Kara was a partner/owner in the public accounting firm of Fortune & Hughes, CPA's.
